Alberta's capital city operates a conventional fleet that as of November 2009 consists almost exclusively of New Flyer products. Edmonton was the second-last city in Canada to operate electric trolley buses. ETS discontinued trolleybus service on May 2nd, 2009, leaving Vancouver with the distinction of being Canada's only remaining trolley city.
