Citybus is one of the dominant transit operating companies in Hong Kong, formerly owned by the Stagecoach Group based in United Kingdom since 1999, purchased by Chow Tai Fook Group in 2003, the parent company of New World First Bus. With the merger of New World First Bus and Citybus into one "family", the new group became renamed as "NWS Transportation Services". Citybus operates a fleet of roughly 1100 transit buses, both single and double deckers, serving 110 routes spawled across the Hong Kong Island into Kowloon, the New Territories and Lantau Island / Airport.
